Refund Policy

Cucitura accept returns and issue an on-line store credit or refund the item.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, in their original condition, with no signs of wear/damage, with all original tags attached.
If you wish to return a purchase please notify us info@cuciturastudio.com 

Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.
Note that you must ship the item back within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
We will exchange items that are returned subject to stock availability. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We advise to use shipping with tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
