*We ship worldwide.

*Import duties and taxes may apply to the shipment. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are determined by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on various factors, such as the product's country of origin, local VAT rates, and local import duties. It is the customer's responsibility to pay them if requested by their local authorities.

*Our shipping method is door-to-door delivery for all areas. It should typically take up to 7 business days to arrive.

*Need a package shipped faster? Express shipping is available by request for an additional charge. Please let us know if you are interested.

*Our shipping method is International Registered Airmail service with a tracking number. It should generally take 7 to 14 business days to arrive (please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days).

*We want our customers to have peace of mind when making a purchase, so we are happy to refund or exchange if there are any problems with your order.

If you'd like to return an item from your order, you must contact us within 14 days

of receiving the item to organize either an ​exchange/refund via phone​ or e-mail: ​ info@cuciturastudio.com

*To be eligible to return an item, your item must be in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt (for orders placed online).

*Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 working days.

*Regrettably, returns shipping costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions apply) unless your item is faulty, whereby the original shipping cost and the return postage will be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where an exchange has occurred.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Until your item has arrived with us, we do not take responsibility for the shipping of this item and therefore suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ATTENTION! Clients' orders from distant foreign countries are shipped without considering a country's taxes and duties. The shipping cost does not include taxes and duties, and you might need to pay them upon receipt or after receipt, depending on your country's tax system. Contact your country's Customs Service to get actual information about monthly limits, tariffs, and customs procedure rules.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you have yet to receive a refund within that time, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to appear on your account.

Finally, we advise you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
